Put about 100g of hibiscus flowers with 3 or 4L water in a pot . Boil the water , with the hibiscus flower inside for about 10mins .Switch off the flame and cover the pot.
Remember you can also add other herbs to boil with the hibiscus from the start or add them immediately when you turn the flame off, herbs such as orange, ginger, basil, lemon , etc. Let the hibiscus flower steep for 15-20 minutes. You can sweeten it with different types of sweetener including coconut sugar, date syrup , honey for non vegans.
