Orders for UK mainland

Our cut off time for dispatch  for all orders placed is 3pm.

Free Standard Delivery (on orders over £50) Free-5-7 Working Days 

Our  current delivery charges are:

Under £80: £8.50 (Next Business Day)

Over £80: Free of Charge (Next Business Day)

Tracked Saturday Delivery: £14.95

Local customers can benefit from our same day delivery service which is free of charge on all orders over £50.

Orders

When payment is processed and order is dispatched, the completion of the contract between us will take place. Unless payment has been taken, we will not be bound to supply your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason without notice.

Cancellation and Return

If you would like to cancel or return your order please, Contact us as soon as possible at hello@nurcher.co.uk to notify us of your decision. You may return your order for any reason up to 7 days after the day you receive it.

If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it to:

35 Dagmar Road, London ,SE5 8NZ.

If the order has not yet been delivered, you may also refuse acceptance of the delivery from the driver and your order will automatically be returned to us.

We are not able to refund bottles which have been opened since you received them. If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, you should notify us as soon as possible. We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days to the same method of payment you used to place your order.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal for all orders.
